Cornday is a holiday me and my friends created in 2019 and we've been celebrating ever since. Whenever I bring it up with new people, they always ask what do we do on Cornday. Well, we just get together like family, really. Just enjoy each others company and do something special together.
This year we didn't plan much but we don't mind. I think we'll be heading out to this newly opened arcade and then head back to someones house to just chill. Later this month I'm hoping we can head to the zoo.
Usually I make music playlist artwork for Cornday but that was back when we all had Spotify and had a larger friend group. Our friend group had this mascot named NHK-chan but this friend group dissolved into separate groups. Not gonna get into the details but basically I feel weird still using the mascot considering the group doesn't exist anymore. But, maybe I should keep our culture alive. Just like how we're still celebrating Cornday. I guess it's not too late to draw something. Anyway, happy Cornday!!!
